Before becoming an award-winning camera operator, Eddie Bernard had a variety of diverse jobs, including pro-gaming, serving in the Navy, and working as an actor and dancer in New York.
Bernard won five Telly awards as a camera operator for his work on Made In America.
“I was not a good dancer so I started shooting for the ballet company,” Eddie Bernard began his career behind the camera at a New York dance company before moving onto working as a camera operator in unscripted television.
“I’m not unemployed, I'm under-employed.”
Bernard is now developing a documentary about a New York dance company.
